By purchasing services or affirmatively accepting these Terms through our forms or checkout process, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Website use is subject to the provisions applicable to website visitors.

Acceptance of these Terms does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing text messages.

1. Services and Project Agreements

Our services may include cinematic brand stories, targeted guest experience films, campaign content, social media videos, paid advertising creative, commercial production, and related marketing services.

Each project’s scope, deliverables, schedule, revisions, usage rights, fees, and partnership term will be specified in a proposal, statement of work, or service agreement accepted by both parties.

If these Terms conflict with a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement controls for that engagement.

Services or deliverables outside the agreed scope require written approval and may result in additional fees and revised timelines.

2. Payments

Unless otherwise stated in your service agreement:

Production projects require 50% of the production fee upfront to reserve production dates and begin work.

The remaining 50% is due before release of final, unwatermarked deliverables.

Recurring marketing and management fees are billed monthly in advance.

Advertising spend, travel, talent, locations, special licensing, and other third-party expenses are separate unless expressly included in the agreed scope.

For recurring services, you authorize charges according to the billing schedule you approve.

Overdue payments may result in paused work, delayed delivery, or suspension of services following written notice. Production dates are not confirmed until the required initial payment and agreement have been received.

3. Refund Policy

Because our services involve customized planning, creative work, production, and resource commitments, deposits, onboarding fees, strategy fees, and production payments are non-refundable once the corresponding work has begun, except where required by law or otherwise stated in your service agreement.

Approved, nonrecoverable third-party expenses remain payable.

Recurring fees are not prorated for a client’s voluntary cancellation during an active billing period, except where required by law or agreed in writing.

If we cancel an engagement for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will refund prepaid amounts attributable to services we will not perform, after accounting for completed work and approved, nonrecoverable expenses.

Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

4. Service Cancellations and Rescheduling

Recurring Services

Requests to cancel recurring services must be emailed to [email protected] at least 30 days before the requested cancellation date.

For month-to-month services, cancellation takes effect at the end of the first billing period ending at least 30 days after we receive notice.

For fixed-term partnerships, including three-, six-, or twelve-month agreements, the minimum commitment and any early-termination terms in the signed agreement control. Providing notice does not automatically eliminate an agreed minimum term.

Production Projects

Production cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing as soon as possible.

Amounts owed will be determined under the service agreement, including applicable charges for completed work, reserved resources, and approved, nonrecoverable third-party expenses. Any additional cancellation or rescheduling fee must be disclosed in that agreement.

New production dates are subject to availability.

Opting out of SMS messages does not cancel a production project, subscription, or service agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities and Approvals

Clients agree to provide timely access to information, locations, personnel, account permissions, brand materials, and approvals reasonably needed to complete the agreed work.

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of business information, offers, pricing, testimonials, and factual claims they supply or approve.

Responsibility for obtaining location permissions, appearance releases, and other permissions must be allocated in the service agreement. Each party must obtain the permissions assigned to it.

Client delays, unavailable locations or personnel, incomplete materials, and changes after approval may affect delivery dates and project costs. Additional charges require written approval.

6. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, Reel Star Productions retains ownership of its original creative work, raw footage, project files, templates, production methods, frameworks, and systems.

Upon full payment, the client receives a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to use the final delivered assets for the commercial and marketing purposes specified in the service agreement.

The client may allow its employees, advertising platforms, and service providers to use the delivered assets on its behalf within that permitted scope.

Raw footage, editable project files, unused footage, and working files are not included unless expressly listed as deliverables.

Music, stock footage, fonts, and other third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses. Broadcast, connected television, resale, or other uses outside the agreed license may require additional clearance or fees.

Clients retain ownership of materials they supply and grant us permission to use those materials as necessary to perform the services.

Portfolio use, publicity, confidentiality, and any restrictions on displaying client work will be addressed in the service agreement or separate written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website, services, systems, or communication channels to:

Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct.

Misrepresent your identity, business, affiliations, or authority.

Infringe another person’s intellectual property or privacy rights.

Submit malicious software or attempt unauthorized access.

Disrupt, scrape, or compromise our systems or connected accounts.

Copy, resell, or distribute proprietary materials beyond your permitted license.

Send unsolicited communications or use personal information without required authorization.

9. Privacy Policy

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, available through the Privacy Policy link on https://reelstarproductions.com.

Privacy questions may be directed to [email protected].

10. Advertising Platforms and Third-Party Services

Our work may involve third-party platforms, including Meta, Google, social media networks, advertising networks, hosting providers, and messaging services.

Those providers maintain their own terms, policies, approval processes, and service availability.

We do not guarantee advertising approval, uninterrupted platform access, account reinstatement, or continued availability of third-party features.

Advertising budgets and third-party charges are separate from our service fees unless expressly included in writing. Material changes to the agreed platforms, budget, or scope require written approval.

11. Results and Service Disclaimers

We do not guarantee a specific number of bookings, inquiries, leads, followers, sales, occupancy increases, revenue gains, or return on advertising spend.

Results depend on factors such as market conditions, audience demand, budget, offers, pricing, website performance, availability, and the client’s sales and operational processes.

We will perform the work described in the applicable service agreement. Except for express commitments in that agreement and warranties that cannot legally be excluded, our website and third-party integrations are provided on an “as available” basis without additional warranties.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reel Star Productions LLC and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our website or services, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, lost data, or business interruption.

This limitation does not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Any additional liability limits must be stated in the applicable signed service agreement.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for material violations of these Terms or the applicable service agreement, including nonpayment, unlawful activity, serious misuse of systems, or abusive conduct.

Where reasonably practicable, we will provide written notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Immediate suspension may occur when reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, a security threat, or an urgent risk of harm.

Termination does not eliminate payment obligations for completed work, services already provided, or approved, nonrecoverable expenses.

14. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or widespread service outages.

The affected party will notify the other party and make reasonable efforts to reduce the disruption. Rescheduling and any effect on fees or termination rights will be handled under the service agreement or a written agreement between the parties.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any venue or dispute-resolution procedure will be specified in the signed service agreement or determined under applicable law.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with an updated effective date.

Changes apply prospectively and do not amend an existing signed service agreement without the agreement required by that contract. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain acceptance.
